  • The valve seat and valve body are detachable,facilitating maintenance and being economical.
  • The umbrella-shaped counter-pressure disc can effectively enhance the lift force. The valve disc can be quickly opened under a small overpressure, thereby achieving the purpose of protecting the equipment.
  • The adjusting ring can adjust the opening and closing differential pressure.
  • The appropriate selection of the clearance between the counter- pressure disc, the guide sleeve and the valve stem ensures the flexible movement of the valve opening and closing.
  • The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and the valve seat are welded with hard alloy, and after surface fine grinding, they ensure high sealing performance and long service life.
  • The wave-shaped tube in the balanced wave-shaped tube safety valve can eliminate the influence of back pressure fluctuations on the valve performance and also protect the spring and other internal components from corrosion by the medium.
  • The selection of the material and processing technology of the spring and the wave tube are meticulous, and strict tests and inspections are carried out.
