The VA808-16/25/40 C type is suitable for use in equipment and pipelines for media such as steam and air with a temperature≤350° C. It serves as an overpressure protection device. When the pressure inside the equipment and pipelines exceeds the allowable value, the valve will automatically open and then fully discharge. When the pressure drops to the specified value, the valve will automatically close to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and pipelines.
1.Manual wrench: convenient for regular calibration and
emergency pressure relief.
2. Spring adjusting nut; the spring preload can be flexibly adjusted
by turning the nut to achieve accurate calibration of set pressure.
3. Spring: cylindrical helical compression structure made of high-
quality alloy spring steel, with stable stiffness and uniform
elasticity.
4. Guide sleeve: precision guide structure to ensure smooth lifting
of the disc and prevent jamming and deflection.
5. Blow down ring / disc holder; when medium is discharged, it acts
on the blow down ring to generate upward thrust, enabling the
disc to open fully rapidly.
6. Disc and seat: sealing faces are hard faced with cemented
carbide, featuring high hardness, wear resistance, erosion
resistance and high temperature resistance, maintaining stable
sealing under long-term pressure.
7. Adjusting ring; precisely controls reseating pressure and opening-
closing characteristics to optimize discharge performance.
8. Seat: nozzle-type design helps the disc open fully quickly,
improves response speed, reduces flow resistance, and
significantly enhances the discharge efficiency of the safety valve.
